What this website stores about you, in plain words.
When you register
We store what you enter on the registration form:
- name and email address (required)
- business type and the interests you choose (required)
- organisation, job title, country and phone number (optional)
- whether you ticked the consent box, and when
Your email and phone number are private and are not shown to other visitors. We use your interests to recommend exhibitors and sessions, and your email to send you a sign-in link.
When you send a message
The contact form stores your name, email address, topic, organisation (if given) and message, so staff can reply. To limit abuse we also keep a one-way hash of your network address, not the address itself, and use it only to count recent messages.
Who can see it
Registration details and contact messages are visible to EARAPA staff who sign in to the staff area.
